Several blogs are commenting on Elbo.ws The Lodger. Even the personal blog of Velvet posted something about them lately. And here I am reading and leaving for later listening. Well, today I heard their music and enjoyed nearly all.

The Lodge is a band from Leeds, England, but it sounds a lot like most groups there. It seems even a Swedish band influenced by the English material, because of his arrangements lighter, softer and the vocal sound, in general, more optimistic.

They have just released their second album, "Life Is Sweet" and first single is "The Good Old Days" too good. But I will not post it here, for you can find it easily on the net. Other songs, "A Year Since Last Summer", which gives a good general idea of the sound guys.
